Information for the :class:`Player <fpl.models.player.Player>` is taken from e.g. the following endpoints:

    https://fantasy.premierleague.com/api/bootstrap-static/
    https://fantasy.premierleague.com/api/element-summary/302/ (optional)

The information from the latter endpoint is only included when ``include_summary`` is ``True``.
